I’ve used the pictures of many bodybuilders like Ernest Khalimov aka Gigachad, Gerard Butler doing his legendary role of Leonidas in the movie 300, Arnold Schwarzenneger, Steve Reeves and Bengali Bodybuilders of 1930s.

What is the potential of these POD Designs?

When we cater to the clients of the fitness industry, clothing is one of the most underrated segments. This makes it an easy target for newcomers.

Gymbros are often found discussing what they wear to the gym and from where have they bought them. If they like your designs, they’ll give you a huge word-of-mouth traffic towards your platform.

I don’t assure that the path would be a paradise of flowers. Yet, the problems you’ll come across can be solved easily.

Also, these designs are mostly black and white. This adds to the aesthetics.

Process

• Buy the template.
• Open the template links and click on the option that enables you to create a copy.
• Go through the designs and edit or change anything that is favourable to you.
• Under the download option, choose the highest size enabled by Canva.

To talk about square files, they are saved at the resolution of 1080*1080 px by default. But you can save at maximum 8000*8000 px using Canva Pro.

The minimum size Redbubble recommends is 2875×3900 px, while the maximum being 13500×13500 px.  

• I recommend you save the file with a transparent background.
• Save in PNG format.
• Go through the signup process of Redbubble and upload your designs there. (You can go with any POD site like Redbubble, Etsy, or Merch by Amazon.)
